Two things, one free account: find a verified pro when you need one, and keep your whole home organized in between. Here's exactly how each part works.
Search by service or browse by category, then open any pro's profile to see their real Trust Score, verified license and insurance, and reviews tied to actual completed projects, not a star rating with no context behind it. Request a quote or send a message directly from their profile; there's no third-party form, no shared lead sold to five other companies, and no waiting on a callback from someone else.
You'll hear back with real, business-specific pricing, not a lead-gen estimate. Every business on HomeTrust is reviewed by our team before it's ever listed: a real business, with real projects and photos. License and insurance are separate: when we've actually verified a specific license or policy, it's called out right on that pro's profile, not assumed for everyone.
See our full verification standards →Once you hire, that job doesn't just disappear into an old text thread. It's automatically saved to your Home Binder (the business, what they did, what it cost, and any warranty that came with it), so months from now, when something needs attention, you already know exactly who to call and what's covered.
You don't need to hire anyone through HomeTrust to use it. The Home Binder is a free, organized home base for everything about your home that's easy to lose track of, and it gets even more useful automatically once you do hire through us.
Store a photo or PDF of a warranty, manual, or receipt the moment you get it, and it's searchable from then on. HomeTrust can also flag when a warranty is getting close to its expiration date, so you're not finding out it lapsed only after something breaks.
Any job you hire through HomeTrust (who did it, what it cost, when it happened) gets logged to your home's timeline automatically, no manual data entry required. Selling the house someday? That history is real, documented proof of upkeep, not a guess.
Set up reminders once for the recurring stuff (A/C filters, smoke detector batteries, water heater flushes, gutter cleaning), and HomeTrust nudges you when it's actually due, instead of you trying to remember on your own.
As you log service history, track warranties, and stay on top of reminders, HomeTrust rolls it all into a private Home Health Score that reflects how well-maintained your home really is over time. It's not public, and it has nothing to do with a business's Trust Score. Think of it as a home inspection report that updates itself, visible only to you.
Most people don't think about home maintenance until something's already wrong. HomeTrust flips that: the same account that helped you find a pro also reminds you before the next thing needs attention, and when it does, your saved pro and their info are already right there, one tap from being rebooked.
Yes, completely: searching, messaging, requesting quotes, hiring, and your entire Home Binder. There's no paid tier for homeowners, ever.
No. It's there whenever you want it, but nothing about finding or hiring a pro requires you to track anything. Most people start using it naturally once they've hired their first pro through HomeTrust.
You can still log that job to your Home Binder yourself: warranties, service history, and reminders all work the same way whether the pro came from HomeTrust or not.
Only you — it's private, and completely separate from a business's public Trust Score.
