About the Annual commitment
By selecting Annual billing, you're agreeing to a binding 12-month commitment totaling $240 (billed as $20/month). If you cancel before the 12-month term ends, HomeTrust will charge the remaining balance for the rest of the term as a final invoice — this applies regardless of your reason for canceling or your usage of HomeTrust during the term.
Payment is collected at signup but you're not charged until your license and insurance verification passes and your profile goes live.
