No. Monthly billing has no commitment — cancel anytime. Annual billing costs less per month but is a binding 12-month commitment; canceling early bills the remaining balance.
Yes, on monthly billing — cancel from your account settings whenever you want, no calls or emails required. Annual billing is the one exception, since it's a fixed-term commitment made upfront.
Never. A quote request from a homeowner goes to the business they chose, full stop — HomeTrust doesn't resell it, split it across competitors, or charge extra for it.
Only a homeowner who has contacted your business through HomeTrust and heard back from you can review it, so a review can't be written without your taking part. A customer you worked with outside HomeTrust can message you here first, and can review once you've replied. Our team then reads every review before it appears. A homeowner posts a review about one of your documented projects, and only reviews we approve are published and count toward your Trust Score. Reviews that look fake, paid for, or unrelated to a real experience aren't published, and you can reply publicly to any published review.
Homeowners come to HomeTrust because rankings can't be bought, only homeowners who contacted a business through HomeTrust and heard back from it can review it, and every review is read by our team before it's published. That trust is what makes the leads you get here higher-intent than a cold directory listing. Homeowners who find you already believe what they're seeing.
