Every business on HomeTrust earns a Trust Score out of 98. The same formula, calculated the same way, for every business, regardless of subscription plan. No field related to payment or plan tier is ever part of the calculation, by design.

It's intentional. Trust is never a finished project. There's always more a business can demonstrate: another verified review, another documented project, another year of consistent work. A perfect, un-improvable score wouldn't reflect that. A business at 98 renders a gold Trust ring instead of sage. It's the platform's way of saying this is as trusted as it gets.
For businesses
Being a Founding Member is about recognition and access, never a ranking advantage. Your Trust Score and search position are calculated exactly the same way as every business that joins after you.
A permanent, visible mark of having joined and helped shape HomeTrust from the start, separate from and in addition to your Trust Score.
Homeowners can filter search results to Founding Members specifically — another way to be found, alongside your Trust Score, not instead of it.
